When a lessee or lessor judges that the Land Rent he pays/receives does not reflect the true rent's value, he/she can send out a Notice of rent Review and, both parties negotiate to come to a consensus concerning a revised rent figure.

Lessee and Lessor Discuss and Review the Land Rent.	→	If there has been no agreement, a round table negotiation is organized at the Lands Department.	→	If there still is no agreement, the Case is referred to the Valuer General's Office for a Final Decision.

If there is an agreement, concerning the revised rent figures, the case is settled.
